This is way off the AR track but I'm trying to sneak it in under 'influential English children's literature of the 1930s'. Does anyone else see similarities beteeen the Harry Potter books and White's 1938-ish The Sword in the Stone? (I live in fear of the film adaptation of the former being as awful as that of the latter.) Emails to personal email appreciated in order to avoid a Digressivus hex.
