Following the lead of Lionel Hill and the Australians, I've finally gotten a
minimalist set of TARSUS information up on the web. This was primarily to make
a customized (and smaller) version of the membership application form tailored
for U.S. residents available, and also to put up past issues of Signals from TARSUS.

You can find the TARSUS pages at

TARSUS Web Pages

The primary TARS page on the AR web site has also been changed to provide pointers to the
Australian and U.S. web sites/pages, and to the Australian and U.S. tailored membership
application forms. Note at

TARS Web Page

I anticipate updating the TARSUS pages as appropriate, paricularly with online event reports
such as Jim Satterfield's of the Lake Allatoona event.
