Thanks for posting all of that, Andy. Fascinating. I have read
Pauline's two books, and although her writing style is awkward at
times, she is a wealth of information.
Just a note for those unfamiliar with E-groups. Andy's link takes you
to a page where you get an error message. Just ignore that and click on
Files, over in the left margin, and that will take you where you want
to go.
