You should consider coming to one of our Ontario Corroborees, John. The three (of four) I have been to have offered ample opportunities for Type 3s (like me and my family) to get in some recreational sailing. Real hands-on stuff, too. At Peterborough (ours, not yours) this year I was made to steer Peter Busby's boat so long I was grateful for the light winds, while my wife disappeared with Ross Cossar for so long I was beginning to think of suing for alienation of affections. My daughters have all had their turns at the tiller, my oldest being very taken with the experience of sailing a two-person dinghy in Toronto harbour in '99. Come and join us in London (again, ours, not yours) next year!
