Big weed out of off topic messages as part of the TarBoard autumn
clean - removing non broadly Ransome material in part pertaining
to use of TarBoard as a personal complaint board
TarBoard is not a TARS politics retribution board.
I would have liked to email everyone whose messages were
lapsed but start of term here, lower ground floor flooded, etc etc
and only so much time.
