Customers may order books published and distributed by Oak Knoll Press and St. Paul's Bibliographies directly from St. Paul's Bibliographies in England. Shipping costs 3.50 pound sterling on all orders weighing up to 10 kg. St. Paul's will add costs of 6 pound sterling on orders weighing up to 30 kg. These figures apply to books sent to UK addresses only. Overseas postage will be charged at cost. St. Paul's accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, and cheques in pounds sterling drawn on a British bank.
