A service to commemorate the life and work of Arthur Ransome will be held on Sunday June 29th at 11.15am. at Rusland Church.
Rusland Church (the location of Arthur Ransome's grave) is located just to the north of Rusland (SD 338 896..ish). Recent experience suggests plenty of time is allowed for negotiating the narrow lanes. To limit the number of narrow lanes negotiated an OS one-inch or better map (or modern equivalent) is recommended.
