Alas, de-incorporation is not all that simple, Peter. A trustee told me this year that he had hated the idea of TARS becoming a company, but he, and others, had voted for it reluctantly following the lawyer's advice. There are times when a skipper must steer his own course instinctively when others advise against - this should have been one of those times. But now that we are a company, I doubt if anyone wants to go through yet another upheaval and reverse the process.
