Well, I in fact got them from WH Smith via Claire Kendall-Price, who was nice enough to purchase them for me (at the WH Smith store in York) and mail them to California. I think that Warner Home Video produced them (it certainly did the S&A film from 1974; unsure about the CC & BS films the BBC made in the late 1980s) but they are specially packaged by WH Smith and probably sold only by them. The York store is (I think) at +44 01904 623106 and the cashier was "JO" in September 1995 (I still have the receipt from Claire) so maybe calling that store and asking for "JO" if all else fails?
