Apologies to all Tarboard readers for the news of David Towne's death not appearing earlier.
Bill Janes tried to put up an item, but he (and several others) have been unable to get into the Tarboard since Christmas. I think it is a software problem.
I supplied him with the URL that I was using without difficulty, but clearly it hasn't worked for him, and I believe he is now not at home for a few days.
