I have today visited the Reading Room of the British Museum, which is now open to the general public - for the first time ever. Some of the bookshelves are set out as a display of works by "notable holders of reader's tickets" in the past. They include old copies of SA, WH, BS and PM (stacked normally) and brand-new copies of SD, WH (again) and CC. These are shelved with the front covers facing outwards, so that they catch the eye easily.
The SA doesn't have the normal Jonathan cape colophon on the spine, but an ornate "RS". Reprint Society? Is this in Wayne's list?

P.S. My apologies for hijacking this thread by something rather remotely connected, but the "Start New Thread" url has gone missing.
