I have been asked to post the following invitation to members of TARS. It comes from Doc. Josef Picha of the Czech Arthur Ransome Club. He would like to invite members of TARS to attend a sailing meeting at Lake Lipno on the River Vltava. The dates are 13th-19th September. Unfortunately this does clash with the TARS Literary Weekend in Durham (14th-16th September), but the invitation is there and some TARS may be interested. Please email Doc. Picha direct for details.
(NB Doc. does not mean Doctor - it is short for Docent, which is a senior university lecturer).
