David R. Godine publishers in the US has the first 8 in the series republished
in very nice quality paperback. From the rate of publishing, I am
keeping my fingers crossed the rest of them will come out in the next
couple of years. I've special ordered them all from local bookstores in
the last year and a half, and they all arrived fairly quickly.
