There is a Red Fox paperback "Swallows and Amazons For Ever" which, mysteriously, is anabridged compilation of Coot Club and Big Six, neither of which has a Swallow nor yet an Amazon.
It was brought out after the TV versions of those two books were filmed under the same title (also available on video).
