Regarding TARSUS activities, I would like to confirm that running a 501(c)3 'charity' in the US is trivial. Incorporation is a big $50 a year or so in Va., the tax form is one or two pages ..and the possibility of any audit etc is slim. The objectives cannot just be to benefit membership, but there should be some legitimate public charitable activity (some AR books for schools, would be a good start...)

Unfortunately many of us older people dont need to 'itemize deductions' - so charitable donations dont help except feeling good--
- who knows, 501c3 might be worth thinking about some day...
