It's exactly true though, and as true for voice transcription as for morse: if you
take the time to really listen to what you're transcribing you will lose track. This
isn't just radio stuff -- think about court reporters. Of course in the kind of work
Andy is talking about one has to filter enough to catch anything of immediate concern,
which does make the job a bit more interesting.
