Mike F, Your Aileen Louisa is quite lovely. I should have thought, perhaps naively, that conservative thought would have prompted taking responsibility and that liberal thought tends to try to protect people from themselves as well as from others...at least that's the general tenor of things here in the US...by the way, I'm neither conservative or liberal myself, rather a sort of a pox on all your houses eclectic...which probably means that more and more I know less and less.
