E. Nesbit's The Wouldbegoods appears in the forthcoming TARS Library Catalogue with the note from the Autobiography p.100 when AR met E. Nesbit at Gilbert Chesterton's London flat: "...here I met E. Nesbit and her husband, the rather florid Hubert Bland, with his monocle dangling from a broad silk ribbon, a confident, blustering creature for whose works both Chestertons had an exaggerated respect and I had none, though I had a great deal for the works of his wife."
