"Nancy Blackett" turned up unannounced in Ramsgate Harbour about a week ago and dropped off some leaflets at Ramsgate Maritime Museum. I know TARS is trying to cut down on postage but the mooring fees alone would have made this a very expensive delivery. Why didn't they tell local TARS about the visi? An opportunity missed!!!!!
