I know that the Lippincott editions over here had illustrations and map
by Helene Dixon - IMHO they don't fit the mood anywhere near as well as
AR's. The Spurrier chart is the one in the Jonathan Cape SA that I got
(same as Ian has on his site, see, or don't see, Dick's pocket book for
reference)
