I am currently living (and sailing) in Latvia and was therefore disproportionately excited to hear about Racundra's third cruise. Having just recieved my book from the UK I am keen to have a go at a similar cruise myself. In the Introduction to the book a cruise up the Lielupe (sadly, like several other Latvian words it is misspelt throughout the book) by a man named Alan Lawrence is mentioned - Does anyone have any idea how I could get in touch with him.
Lastly Latvia is nothing like the Norfolk Broads, with the possible exception of that part that Racundra cruised along! Both are beautiful places, but with markedly different characters.
