I hate to say this, but I think you shouldn't buy it from Amazon.
The publisher, Trafford, is apparently a vanity publisher that does "print-on-demand". You can order it from them as easily as from Amazon, and cut out Amazon. I'd rather support my local bookstore, or the publisher, myself, even if they are a vanity press.
