It was a Peugeot 405, not 205, in 1988 driven by Ari Vatanen. No longer the record but a great video all the same.
The record is now held by Kiwi Rod Millen driving one of his very special custom Toyota Celica's. Almost 7% quicker than Ari's Time in 10:04:06
