Problems getting to the Maps?

Two people have reported to me that they could not access the maps of the lake and Wildcat Island -- the page was displayed in their browser but the maps apparently wouldn't load. I've tried on three different browsers (IE, Netscape and Opera) and a couple of different versions and they all work, so I remain mystified.

If anyone else experiences this problem, I would appreciate it very much if you would take a minute to notify me via e-mail. When you do, it would help a lot if you could tell me

• Exactly when you tried (and what timezone)
  
• what browser are you using
  
• what version of the browser
  
• what version of the operating system
  
• if you can the exact URL that you typed in
