In PETER DUCK, Chapter 3 "TRIAL TRIP"

They are getting practice at raising the sail
with Titty quoting a sea chanty "A Long Time Ago"
as well as some verses from "To me way hay, o-hi-o"
to help get the crew pulling together with
proper timing. The "Chockablock" statement
from Peter Duck indicates that their pulling
has gone as far as it can go, so they belay
their lines, and check the palms of their
hands for damage from the strain of the ropes.

I could copy the text with the reference word
in it, but not wanting to tickle any
copyright solicitors, we'll go with just
this much.
