It is possible to have changes of narrator within a book written entirely in the first person.

Treasure Island, mostly narrated by Jim Hawkins, has a section narrated by Dr Livesey.

The Woman in White has several changes of narrator.

If I remember correctly, Three Men in a Boat is entirely first-person, narrated by "J", contrary to what somebody said. But it has frequent swaps between the account of his particular journey with George and Harris, alternating with general observations.
