I believe that this is one of the wrappers I have produced, and they all have it printed in the rear flap that they are facsimiles. In future this may also be added on the spine and reverse of the wrapper.

I agree that the book is overpriced for the condition, especially for an ebay auction. Perhaps the seller does not realise that the presence of a facsimile wrapper adds virtually nothing to the value.
