"Repaired, varnished and ready to sail" is good. But my concern was not so much about Swallow's true "watertightness" or otherwise, but rather about whether the proposed sailing schedule for her allowed sufficient time for the required taking-up of the hull after being out of the water for who-knows-how-long and then trailed who-knows-how-far across country before being launched once more.
