I didn't know this either - really interesting! It may shed light on one line in the film that I'd always wondered about... the line where Nancy is standing over Captain Flint after they capture the houseboat and she says "Bind him, come on bind him". It's said in a completely different voice and what I always thought sounded like a broad northern accent - more like "Biiind 'im, coom on, biiind 'im". Did they perhaps miss one of the overdubs???
