I lived there from 1966 to 1972, then went to be a student in Oxford. I was in Wroxham just in time to remember the old warehouse illustrated in Coot Club end of ch 12, the railway station still being staffed (though diesel multiple units ran), and Roys of Wroxham as a small(ish) shop. I kept and sailed our old boat on Bridge Broad which is now a parking lot for Margolettas.
Living on a houseboat - interesting accomodation for a student!
