thus implying that those that drive on the RIGHT do not live in a
civilised country. As a resident of one of those Barbarian non-civilized (note spelling) countries, I like to think we know the
difference in that there are two sides, the RIGHT and the WRONG.
And we non-civilized drivers do not drive on the WRONG side.
Perhaps you would ocnsider the sport of "jousting" to be uncivilized
as well it might be, because they charge at each other going down the
right side of the separating barrier. But then, these horses are not
vehicles, and go by different rules, as to boats on rivers.
But here now, this topic was never intended to bring up the differences
between different locations as to which side of the road they drive on,
as that was never my goal to fester this cultural difference, but my purpose in this was to show that there was a difference in the rules
regarding meeting on-coming traffic between highway and waterway set of standards.
