Health n Safety required there to be a diver in each boat, ready to leap into action in the event of a capsize, as an alternative to the lack of lifejackets. They lay in the bottom boards and it's quite easy to spot suspicious lumps concealed by tarpaulins in some shots.Nick Barton told me.
