Permission to come aboard?
I've been reading the notices on Tarboard since discovering the site and joining TARS last year.
I read S & A as a child, but for some reason didn't get round to reading any of the others. It was and is my favourite book, so I can only assume S & A was more than enough to whet my appetite.
Anyway, I'm reading through the rest (presently on Pigeon Post) for the first time and even now I have that impending doom that it will all come to an end. However, I'm now sharing my enthusiasm with my primary school pupils - I've enrolled 30 in my school AR society. I hope they get a fraction of the enjoyment I get.
Now I'm trying to convince my wife that a yachting holiday on the Norfolk Broads is essential!
