Boats:

If we are going to build all of the boats, can I suggest we leave the two Wherries in which the twins travelled to last.

There is also the yacht in the GN. Was it not called Sea Bear or something?

Trying to balance the sail and the centre of resistance is not easy. I have been trying to decide if I can use the rudder as part of the resistance. The hull design program does not let me include the CB or the keel so I have to do the calcs manually.

You can swim in 18 C water for a few hours as lots do at the Australian beach. Funny enough you would not want to swim in Tasmania I am sure, as it is really cold there. Yet it is about as far from the equator as Maine. But it does not have a gulf stream.

Where I used to come from they had an icebergs club that swam in the middle of winter in a sea pool after throwing in ice blocks.

Got to go do a proposal.

John
