Anyone who has a FAQ, or an answer, or both - please send them to me. Whatever I have written on the FAQ page, I hope that everyone hasn't been holding back on sending me any of the above.
My favorite FAQ (which I haven't put on the FAQ pages because I've never seen anyone else ask it!) is "Why is Ruth called Nancy?" (i.e. why did Ruth pick the name Nancy). I know the purported reason for her choosing another name (which always sounds a bit like Captain Flint's joke to me rather than the real reason), but why did she choose Nancy? I have in vain looked for famous female pirates with the name Nancy, or literary heroines of the 1920s, but never found a satisfactory answer!
