" Postings pertaining to a court case are particularly problematic for me - I don't know the people involved, I don't know what is sub-judice or whatever legal fol-de-rols are involved. What I do know is that such are nothing to do with why this board was created seven years ago. I would ask that people refrain from posting on such matters. This will save me some time as postings directly addressing such matters will be removed - as has always been the practice. People who persist in posting on such matters will have their posting permission revoked for a cooling off period. Hopefully the case will soon be formally resolved, hopefully some form of rapp_roche_ment will eventually be possible. cheers |
