The top two are American, and what you say. No.2 is the muffin I describe as a cup-cake.
No.3 looks like a scone, but if so, it would be crisp on the outside, and soft inside. No.4 is another shape of scone, complete with cream tea. It would probably be made as one large one, and partly cut into segments before baking.
If No.5 were sold in UK, it would be called Chocolate Chip Cookies
. And No.6 is almost certainly TWO crumpets.
