There is no objection in principle, I would have thought, to holding an overseas TARS AGM one day, provided the membership agree to paying the travelling costs of the principal TARS Officers who will need to attend. Remember that the country which is host will have to guarantee that at least 20 people turn up, otherwise there will not be a quorum.

Finally, the long-serving Tarboarders (the ones without a life!) may remember that there was a 'Virtual TARS AGM' a few years ago, ie a sort of AGM conducted entirely on the Internet. That might be a way to do it.
