Hi Ross. Yes, it's quite a tight corner. Here's another photo showing the layout. But you can get in from the main creek under full helm, and once you're there you couldn't wish for a snugger spot.

The first photo was taken about 20' outside my back gate. There's another shot at high tide showing the house in the background at the link below. Sanderling's facing pretty-well due west, and as the worst of our weather comes up the Inlet from the south-west -- in other words, from behind those pine trees -- you can see why I say it's a snug berth.

A sail? Sure, why not? Give me a yell whenever, and we'll see what we can work out.
