Ted Alexander discovered that Ransome's first wife and daughter Tabitha lived at one time in Falmouth, I wonder if AR visited to take Tabitha sailing? I live here now, overlooking Falmouth Bay. There is a junk-rigged boat which is used as a committee boat in the yacht races here, beach but as I cross to St. Mawes in a 12ft sailing sea kayak from Gylyngvase beach, and return, I don't mingle with exalted membership of the RCYC and don't know who owns the Junk rigged yacht. I hope lots of TARS cpme to Falmouth for the Tall Ships, maybe we could have an AGM here?
