To some degree I stand corrected. The quotation is not from 'The Art of Coarse Sailing', but from 'Coarse Cruising' However somebody with more literary taste than honesty has purloined my copy of 'Coarse Cruising' so I can't check the exact wording. Can anybody help?

The definition of a Coarse Sailor in 'Coarse Sailing' is One who in a crisis forgets nautical language and shouts 'For God's sake turn left"

That definition should appeal to some of us.
