Set the guide to the plank width, and arrange supports before and behind the saw, so the plank doesn't bend and move off the saw bed. Then feed it through slowly. Much the same set-up you'd use on a planer-joiner. The key thing is to have the plank supported well-enough that it stays flat and down on the table. You can probably rig a clamp and crossbar to help keep it flush on the table, but that may cause excessifve friction. Having one of you feed it through while the other of you applies pressure (with a notched stick that can fit over the edge of the plank) to hold it down while moving along may help. If you have two of the "hold-down" sticks, you can maintain a steady feed; just keep swapping hands and sticks as it gets along. The notched sticks also work well for feeding the wood safely as you approach the saw blade.
