Does anyone know of a table giving the pressure of increasing amounts of wind on a given flat, hard area? I believe height above the surface of the water is a factor. (I can usually maneuver the MARGOLETTA alongside its dock (without hitting it too hard), but by the time I climb down from the bridge, the damn thing has often drifted off beyond jumping range.) Thanks.
