I have a bottle of something called Spirytus Rektyfikowany. It says on the front label 95% alc./vol.
The back label includes the information: Ethyl alchohol of agricultural origin - is widely used in household and for medicinal purposes as well as preparation of fruit and herb infusions what require the dilution of the proportion 3 parts of spirit - 1 part of water.
I use it to ease my bad back and to make cherry brandy. Delicious!
