Im not happy with that at all. Obviously I'll have to re read the incident, but I'll lay down my marker now. A sailing dinghy can capsise and turn turtle, lay on its side or reright itself. If Amazon returned to an upright position, it could be some time before it sinks, if at all, depending on how much water is in it and how high the centreboard case is. On its side it might sink in minutes depending on a number of factors, and upside down it would depend on how much air was trapped in the hull and how fast it escapes.

Ill have to find my "CN" and read it up, but I'm not accepting, at this point, that its a clear cut factual error.
