Sailing and Boats = check
Steam ships = check WDMTGS
Old sailing ships and heritage = check PD
Camping = check
engineering = check mining PP, engines GN
Food = check
Love = uncheck except for some moderate scene in the WDMGS and of course the parents love
Any British harbour = check
Fishing = check
Boat building = check
Racing = check
Mountin climbing = check
rowing = check
trains = check
fisihg boats on the dogger banks = check
slate and old buildings = check
Navy and by extension Army = check
WW2 = check radio masts in SW
FSOTA = check bastard caused SW
junior naval officers = grinning bastards
charcoal and hence industrial revolution starting in England. = check.
School = check

I think it is safe to say we can converse on these subjects as AR did. I am sure there are more but I ran out of time.
