I did once (read a Reader's Digest book that is). I was staying at a girl-friend's parent's house and looking for something to read came across (in desperation) a faux-leather set of RD. I remember reading HE Bate's 'Love for Lydia', and to my shame I still haven't read the real book.

Hate houses without books - I'm having the carpets cleaned this weekend, so have to find somewhere to put the hundred or so books stacked up on the floor beside my desk!
