They are indeed abridged to get both into a single paperback of about the same size as the others.

and without maps ! With Out Maps ! Utter madness.


I personally think this one is not worth bothering with.

I personally think it is a hideous aberration, an insult, debased, disgusting, despicable, disgraceful, shameful, the lowest ebb, the nadir of the publishers art.
