This is probably poor wording on my part, Laurence.
I wrote
"The September 2006 issue of the UK railway magazine carries a feature on Lowestoft in Steam Days."
I meant to indicate that "Steam Days" was a UK railway magazine and not the "Railway Magazine"
I have probably mixed my past participles with my future pluperfects, whatever they are!
