My favourite book changes depending on my mood. If I could only have one (a sort of Desert Island Discs AR), then I think it would have to be WH - the meeting up of the S&A's and D's, signalling, the gradual freezing of the lake and the winter activities, and the final terrifying race to the North Pole.
Most interesting character has to be Titty, she does so many different things throughout the books, and she has the rare gift of being able to dowse!
